Join us for a workshop for educators full of insights and strategies presented in a partnership between the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin and DSHA. This workshop has practical application to any who work with students with special education needs including general and special education teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, related service providers, and other staff who support students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The presentation includes a high-level introduction and overview of Autism. Case studies, stories, and solutions for students with Autism and other special education needs will be shared from a professional offering real world application from over 30 years of experience. This particular presentation will have an emphasis on females on the Autism Spectrum.

The presenter, Mary Graczyk-McMullen, is an Autism consultant for school districts and families. Mary’s personable presentation style includes using many examples from her extensive classroom and consultation experiences. She has a full toolbox of helpful strategies for educators who want all students to enjoy success in their classrooms. Her practical experiences, insights, and session take-aways help make great school districts even better!
